John Kelly is the owner and president of All-Circo, Inc. Established in 1980, All-Circo is one of the most respected and effective public affairs consulting firms in the Midwest. The firm represents more than three dozen clients from Fortune 100 corporations to units of government to non-profit organizations. Notable clients include Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM), Blackstone, CVS/Caremark, Cook County, and Noresco.

John began his political career as a volunteer for Illinois Attorney General Candidate Jim Ryan in 1994. Upon graduation from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1995 with a degree in Political Science, John went to work for Attorney General Ryan in the Chicago office. Shortly thereafter, John worked for Cresco Lines, an international trucking firm owned by Crestwood Mayor Chester Stranczek.

In 1998, John served as the campaign manager for Cook County Assessor James Houlihan. Upon Assessor Houlihan’s successful election, John went to work for Houlihan’s lobbying firm, All-Circo in Chicago. Partnering with Tom Murphy, John helped build All-Circo into one of the most notable firms in Illinois. In 2007, John completed a buy-out of the company.

Additionally, John is a political advisor to many Illinois leaders including Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White, Illinois Senate President John Cullerton, and many state senators and representatives. He previously served on the board of directors for Lakeside Bank and alma mater Mt. Carmel High School, where he led a capital effort to raise $17 million in funds to modernize and expand the historic high school. He lives in Orland Park with his wife Julie and two daughters.
